Defragging

It is common not to realize it, but temporary files do slow down your computer. Deleting temporary files is one of the basic ways to speed up your computer. Make sure that you are not running any programs or applications. If you are using Windows 95, 98 or Me go to C:WindowsTemp, you will find all of your temporary files here. You can delete all of these files here.

Cleaning up unused programs on your computer is another one of the easy ways to speed up your computer. Go to the Control Panel and use the Add or Remove Programs tool to remove programs that you do not use. These simple ways to speed up your computer will help to speed things up and keep you happy.
